Army operations, Middle East/Gulf security policy, defense cooperation, and international affairs. Combines operational special-operations and airborne command experience with high-level DoD policy roles, academic research, and regional expertise in the Arabian Peninsula, Levant, South Asia, and Mediterranean littorals.
